Terms of Service

By using petoothfairy.com or booking a service with Petoothfairy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our site or services.

Petoothfairy provides mobile, anesthesia-free pet dental cleaning services within our Florida service area. We perform hand-scaling and polishing in your home. We are not a veterinary practice and do not provide diagnostic, surgical, anesthetized, or emergency veterinary services. Severe dental disease, fractured teeth, or other medical conditions should be treated by a licensed veterinarian.

Our service is best suited to pets that can tolerate gentle, hands-on cleaning while awake. We may decline service or recommend a veterinary referral if a pet shows signs of significant pain, severe dental disease, aggression that creates safety risk, or any condition that, in our technician's judgment, requires veterinary care.

• Bookings are confirmed when our team contacts you and a date/time is agreed.
• Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, technician availability, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment for one-time visits is due at the time of service. Smile Club subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscription billing renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

• Smile Club membership is reserved for clients who have completed at least one paid in-person cleaning with us.
• Membership benefits (priority booking, included services) are tied to the active subscription. Lapsing or cancelling ends benefits.
• We may update Smile Club terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

• Provide accurate information about your pet's health, behavior, and prior dental work.
• Disclose any medications, allergies, or recent veterinary diagnoses.
• Be present during the appointment.
• Provide a safe, accessible workspace for our technician.

Anesthesia-free dental cleaning is gentler than veterinary cleaning under anesthesia, but no procedure is risk-free. By booking, you acknowledge that Petoothfairy is not liable for outcomes that could not reasonably have been prevented with the cleaning method we provide. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

We do not guarantee the outcome of any specific cleaning, do not promise to remove every visible stain, and do not provide medical care.

We may take before/after photos of your pet's teeth for service records and (with your consent) for our website or marketing. If you prefer photos not be used in marketing, just let our technician know.

You agree to use petoothfairy.com only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape data at scale, impersonate others, or upload malicious content through any form.

All content on petoothfairy.com — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Petoothfairy or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the site freely; you may not republish content without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
