• When you contact us or book a visit: name, email, phone, ZIP code, address, and information about your pet (breed, age, weight, prior dental issues).
• When you join the welcome list or any popup form: name, email, phone, and pet breed.
• When you subscribe to Smile Club: billing information collected and processed by Stripe (we never store your full card number on our servers).
• When you visit the site: automatic information including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and the page that referred you.
• Cookies and similar technologies: first-party cookies for session and ad attribution (e.g., Google Click ID for Google Ads), and third-party scripts described below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule and deliver pet dental cleaning appointments.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Process payments and subscription billing through Stripe.
• Improve our website and services through analytics.

• Stripe: processes Smile Club subscription payments. Card data is sent directly to Stripe, never to us.

• DaySmart Pet: our scheduling system. Embedded as an iframe on the booking page.
• Resend: sends transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
