Products — 30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Return shipping is free — we will provide a prepaid label.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Services — Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our dental cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right — whether that means a complimentary follow-up visit or a partial refund.

Due to the nature of in-person services, we are unable to offer full refunds for completed dental cleaning appointments.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items received for free

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
